January 27, 2010 - Taylor Thorne has been ripping up and down the California coast.  See some of the video footage from his 2009 training sessions.

   Taylor Thorne, 16 years old from Newport Beach, spent the entire year of 2009 surfing and training hard with his twin brother, Jared.  Free-surfing, cross-training, competing and being coached by ex-ASP WCT judge and Byrne manager, Erik Krammer, have been the keys to his success.  Pure dedication with huge goals in mind, while having fun of course, have given him plenty of results and accomplishments to start a solid professional career.  His plans for 2010 are to dominate the Surfing America Prime Series and the ASP Pro Juniors while taking a shot at select events on the ASP WQS Tour.  Keep your eye on this upcoming Byrne team rider and check out his clip from various spots across the California coast.                 Check out the video here.
